HostFeeds started in 2024 when our engineering team grew frustrated with the fragmented state of vacation rental data. Getting pricing intelligence from Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com required three different tools, each with their own data format, their own authentication, and their own reliability issues. Revenue managers were stitching spreadsheets together by hand. Investment analysts were quoting stale prices in their underwriting models. Something had to give.
We built HostFeeds to solve this problem end-to-end: one platform that scrapes every major rental marketplace, normalizes the data into a unified 208-field schema, and delivers it through a clean dashboard, downloadable exports, and a REST API. No more reconciling mismatched columns. No more writing glue code around five different APIs.

Every scraper we ship is benchmarked against a known dataset of 500 listings, re-tested every 6 hours, and auto-flagged if accuracy dips below 99.2%. We would rather delay a job than deliver numbers you cannot trust.
Unified schema, not a pile of CSVs
Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Vacasa, and Evolve each expose completely different data shapes. We normalize them into a single 208-field schema so your downstream models, dashboards, and pricing tools stop breaking every time a platform tweaks a field name.
Transparent engineering
We publish scraper status, recent accuracy scores, and changelogs instead of hiding behind marketing pages. When a platform changes its markup we tell you what broke, what we fixed, and when the patch shipped — usually within hours.
