Welcome to HostFeeds, a product of SOURCELOGS (PRIVATE) LIMITED. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HostFeeds platform, including our website, APIs, and data services. Please read them carefully before using our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HostFeeds in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use HostFeeds. If you are using HostFeeds on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

HostFeeds is a rental data extraction platform that enables users to collect structured data from publicly available listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Vacasa, and Evolve. Our service extracts over 208 data points per listing, including pricing, availability, property details, ratings, fees, and policies. Extracted data can be exported in CSV, Excel, or JSON formats for analysis, reporting, and business intelligence purposes.

3. Account Registration

To use HostFeeds, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. HostFeeds reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HostFeeds only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Resell Raw Data: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw extracted data to third parties as a standalone data product. You may, however, use the data to build derivative analyses, reports, and insights for your business or clients.

Overload Our Servers: You may not attempt to bypass rate limits, use automated tools to generate excessive extraction requests, or otherwise place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Illegal Purposes: You may not use HostFeeds for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law, including but not limited to activities related to discrimination, harassment, or fraud.

5. Credits & Billing

HostFeeds operates on a credit-based system. Each data extraction consumes one or more credits depending on the scope of the request. New accounts receive free credits to evaluate the platform. Additional credits are available through our paid plans, which are billed on a monthly basis. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Unused credits on monthly plans do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless specified by your plan terms.

6. Data Accuracy

HostFeeds targets a 99.2% data accuracy rate across all supported platforms. However, we do not guarantee that extracted data will be completely accurate, complete, or current at all times. Listing data on third-party platforms changes frequently, and there may be occasional discrepancies between extracted data and live listings. All data is provided on an "as-is" basis. HostFeeds shall not be held liable for business decisions made based on extracted data.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Platform: HostFeeds and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and technology are and will remain the exclusive property of HostFeeds and its licensors. Our platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain full ownership of the data you export from HostFeeds. We claim no intellectual property rights over your exported datasets, reports, or analyses created using our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostFeeds and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to HostFeeds in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

By HostFeeds: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to our platform or other users.

By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access to HostFeeds will end immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you cancel a paid plan mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or by posting a notice on our website before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of HostFeeds after the revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using HostFeeds and close your account.
